Shipping Policy 

1. Introduction

Worldwide Shipping and Logistics (WSL) operates as a shipping and logistics consultant, offering expert advice and guidance on global shipping strategies and logistics management. WSL does not provide direct transportation services but facilitates the selection and management of appropriate carriers on behalf of its clients.

2. Establishment of an Account

By establishing an account with WSL, the Company consents to the investigation of any references provided. WSL offers consultancy services to coordinate and optimize logistics solutions through multiple carriers, but WSL itself is not a carrier or transportation service provider.

3. Terms and Conditions

The Company agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of WSL, which can be found on our website at www.worldwideshippingandlogistics.com. Additionally, the Company agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of each carrier used, which can be accessed through their respective websites, waybills, or bills of lading.

4. Service Failures

WSL provides consulting services and recommendations to optimize logistics and shipping, but any service failures such as late deliveries, damaged goods, or other logistical issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. WSL is not responsible for service disruptions or claims resulting from transportation provider errors.

5. Payment Terms

Worldwide Diamond LLC dba Worldwide Shipping and Logistics accepts the following payment methods:

1. Payment Over The Phone
Clients may pay via credit card over the phone. Please note that credit card payments are subject to an additional 2% Credit Card Processing Fee.

2. Checks
Clients may remit payment by check in the agreed-upon currency. Checks should be made payable to Worldwide Diamond LLC dba Worldwide Shipping and Logistics

3. Electronic Payment Systems
We accept online payments through PayPal, Venmo, and Western Union. Please ensure that you cover any applicable fees from these platforms.

4. ACH or Direct Deposits
Clients can arrange to pay via Automated Clearing House (ACH) or direct bank deposit. Please consult with us to receive the appropriate bank details.

Additional Terms

  • Net Payment
    Payment for consultancy services is due within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

  • Duties & Taxes
    Invoices related to duties and taxes must be paid upon receipt and may be issued up to six months after the shipment date.

  • Late Fees
    A 5% late fee will be applied to any invoice unpaid for more than one week past its due date.

  • Suspension of Services
    Consultancy services may be suspended if payments are overdue.

  • Collection Fees
    The Company is responsible for any collection fees incurred due to unpaid balances, including reasonable attorney fees.

  • Additional Fees
    It is important to note that any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs associated with the chosen payment method will be the responsibility of the Client.

6. Invoicing Options

Invoices will be sent via email, fax, or mail based on the Company’s preferred method of communication. The Company should specify their preference when setting up the account with WSL.
